The game consists of 6 standard factions. Each faction starts with different technolgies and cater to a different playing style

Player board and bag content

The player board is used to plan your turns behind your player screen. Once everybody is done planning they are removed, and you can watch in satisfaction as your opponents realize you have outwitted them yet again.



Credits

Credits - Is the currency of the game and is used to build, bid and bribe


Mine tokens

The mines

Mine - Indicates a player’s “Area” on each Planet, as well as current income


Exploration tokens

Exploration Token - Represents one of three Corporate Exploration Fleets and are used to indicate if a faction has successfully Allied with a colony.


Influence tokens

Influence tokens are used to vote for agendas in politics, in combination with another token that shows if you are voting for agenda A or agenda B.


Turn order tokens

Turn order tokens - Turn order tokens are used to indicate the order in which players completed their planning. A higher turn order position is advantageous.


Electrical storm

Electrical storm - The electrical storm Blocks a Planet from all interaction. And moves in clockwise order until turn 5, when it disappears.


Faction ability tokens

Faction ability tokens are unique to a faction, and will not be found in every player bag. For example the trade deal token found in the MTS Group player bag.

Conflict cards

Conflict cards - Conflict cards are used in conflicts. There are two types of conflict cards, Strategies and Tactics. Factions involved in a conflict will first pick one of five strategy cards, which in turn will determine which of 15 tactics cards the faction can play in the second stage.


Marketing cards

Marketing missions are selected during the Marketing phase and will give the player rewards if completed during the upcoming turn.


Politics cards

In the Politics phase, two players will propose agendas, by selecting a politics card. Once both players have selected a card each, a vote will take place and only the winning card will be in effect the next round.





Facilities

Sub-saharan confederation faction card

Facilities are placed on planets and give the player certain advantages. The facility can either be planet based like the Planetary council or the Shield generator, or orbital like the Satellite.

There are facilities for each play-style and players can get them through R & D.

Facilities can also become targets. If another player destroys your facility they will be rewarded with victory points.
